Teen Residential Program
For Boys and Girls in Grades 7-12
The Teen Residential Program is designed for boys and girls who need a strengthening, growth-oriented framework during the highly significant stage of adolescence. The primary focus is on personal guidance through identity development, building personal responsibility, empowerment, and preparation for independent life.
Ongoing Support and Life Skills
The professional staff provides each teen with emotional and educational guidance, encourages the achievement of academic goals, supports the development of personal potential, and strengthens social skills. The program works to help every boy and girl grow with belief in themselves, while gaining practical tools for the future, such as self-management, decision-making, and coping with challenges.
Preparing for Adult Life
The program includes participation in community projects, leadership days, experiential trips, and activities that prepare teens for meaningful service in the IDF or national service. All of this takes place through ongoing dialogue, values-based education, and a sense of belonging – aimed at developing responsibility, independence, and confidence as they transition into adult life.
Rebuilding the Relationship with Parents
Alongside strengthening independence, the program places great importance on restoring family connections – even when relationships are complicated or there has been ongoing estrangement. This work is done through conversations, guidance, and involving parents in the process.
